What is more, our content is tailored for the Indian context. About Child Friendly News Magazine (CFN) Child Friendly News is a fortnightly newspaper for children in the 7-13 age group. CFN presents ‘hard’ news for young minds, using language and format that can capture their attention and hold it. Each issue is eight pages long and every page is filled with colourful stories, vocabulary helpers and news context builders that keeps children up to date with the world around them. The newspaper is tabloid size and is printed on glossy art paper, making it easy and attractive to read. On a regular basis, the newspaper carries the following: Regional, Indian and International news Special sports coverage Articles on science and technology ‘Deep-dive’ sections that take up current news topics in depth A section on books, where books for different age groups are reviewed. They also regularly carry a Top 10 Reading list A ‘Fun Page’ that educates and entertains There are a total of 20 issues each year, with no issues distributed during the summer, Christmas and Easter breaks.
