    Buttons don't respond. Payment gateway is clunky and painful to go through. I waited three months to renew because I thought I had already done it. And then having to do it again was just not easy. I also don't feel particulary great about the customer service. Last year several issues went missing and MySubs was absolutely unhelpful in this regard.
