I am a new customer of MySubs, and like any cautious customer, I checked the Google reviews for the website. Since the reviews were not very positive, I decided to call and confirm the details about the company. The customer service executive was very helpful and explained everything clearly about the company. She assured me that they would assist if anything goes wrong. Additionally, she mentioned that after making the payment, it would take 4-6 weeks for the subscription to start from the publisher's end. Hoping for the best..
